We package our products based on our customers’ requirements. Typically, raw cashew nuts with shells are packaged in brand new jute bags, each weighing 80kg. Other products are packaged in new plain white polypropylene bags, ranging from 25kg to 50kg. We ensure that our packaging materials are of high quality to maintain the integrity of the produce during transit.

Are there any limitations on your export destinations?

No, we have no limitations on export destinations. We export to any country worldwide, provided we have committed clients. Our logistics network is robust, enabling us to deliver our products globally without any geographical constraints.

How is the pre-shipment inspection of products conducted?

We employ the services of two main pre-inspection agents in Nigeria: SGS and Bureau Veritas. Clients can request us to contact these agencies directly or make arrangements through their local contacts. This ensures that all products meet the necessary quality and safety standards before shipment.

What types of products do you export?

We specialize in exporting a variety of agricultural produce, including cash crops and solid minerals. Our product range is diverse, catering to different market needs and preferences.

What are your payment terms?

We prefer the use of an irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) as it provides security for both parties involved. However, we are open to considering alternative secure payment methods proposed by our clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.

How can clients confirm the quality of your products before placing an order?

We are committed to transparency and quality assurance. To this end, we are willing to send samples of our products to clients upon request. This allows clients to test and verify the quality of our products before making a purchase.

Does your company have the financial capacity to meet large orders?

Yes, we have a strong financial foundation and maintain excellent relationships with our bankers in Nigeria. We have access to credit lines that enable us to execute large orders, particularly those backed by Letters of Credit.

What documents are required for clearing goods?

The documents required for clearing goods are typically specified by our clients. Commonly required documents include:
